Thomas Luther and Damian Gonzalez built a pot of around 35,000 as they went to the 9♠4♦9♣ flop. Luther then bet 9,000 from the button.
Gonzalez came back with a raise to 29,000 in the small blind, and Luther tanked for a few minutes before folding.
With around 10,000 in the pot, Frederico Silva and an opponent checked the 10♠7♦8♦ flop. The cutoff then moved all in for 18,000 on the 5♦ turn, and Silva snap-called in the big blind.
The cutoff showed 7♠6♠ for a pair and straight draw, while Silva had 10♦10♣ for a set. The river was the A♥ and Silva held on to earn the knockout.
Lucia Navarro is also at this table and has continued rapidly building her stack. She currently sits with around 140,000.
Hugo Gotuzzo raised to 1,100 in the hijack and was called by a player on the button before Vivian Saliba three-bet to 5,000 in the big blind. Only Gotuzzo called.
The flop came J♠4♣3♠ and Saliba bet 8,000. Gotuzzo called, and they both then checked the 8♠ turn.
Saliba bet 14,000 on the A♦ river, but Gotuzzo then came back with an all-in shove. Saliba, with around 28,000 remaining, quickly folded.

In a battle between the blinds, Tamas Tari and John Cheevers built a pot of nearly 20,000 as they went to the turn with the board showing 8♣4♥4♦6♦. Tari then bet 7,600, and Cheevers called.
The river was the 2♠ and Tari moved all in. Cheevers quickly called for his last 15,000 with K♦8♥ for two pair, but Tari had A♠4♠ for trips to win the pot and send Cheevers to the rail.
Tullio Bertoli was also eliminated on another table.
James Hawkins three-bet to 3,500 on the button and an opponent in the hijack called. The cutoff then moved all in for 20,000. "I knew you were going to do it. All in," Hawkins said as he reshoved, and the hijack got out of the way.

Hawkins had his opponent dominated as the flop came K♥J♠8♦. The 9♥ turn gave him a pair, and the cutoff was already drawing dead by the 3♦ river and on his way to the exit.
After two limps in front of him, John Cheevers raised to 1,600 on the button and Daniel Rueda called in middle position, as did another opponent in the cutoff.
Cheevers continued for 1,000 on the A♣J♥9♥ flop before Rueda raised to 3,300. The cutoff folded, while Cheevers called.
Rueda checked to Cheevers on the 5♠ turn, and he bet 2,000. Rueda called to the 3♥ river, where he led out for 7,000. Cheevers folded.
"Don't call for the change?" Rueda said to Cheevers as he flashed the A♥ while taking in the pot.
Andres Hipola raised to 1,000 on the button, Gorka Akerreta three-bet to 4,000 in the small blind, and Hipola called.
The flop came 8♥7♦4♦ and Akerreta continued for 2,000. Hipola then raised to 5,500, and Akerreta called.
Both players checked the 5♦ turn. Akerreta also checked the A♦ river, and Hipola took more than a minute before checking behind.
Akerreta showed A♣5♥ for two pair, and Hipola mucked.
