Himmelbrand tabled K♥K♦, and his overpair was the winner. Calabrese lamented the runout, saying that he had ace-queen with the ace of diamonds, and Himmelbrand dragged a massive one.
Yuriy Kudrynskyy bet 350,000 from the small blind on a flop of 10♦2♦7♣ before Robert Thomas raised to 900,000 in the hijack. Kudrynskyy then moved all in, and Thomas called.

In a battle between the blinds, Bob Russo got in his last 1,200,000 and was up against Steve Tomlinson.
