There was a three-way pot brewing on a board that read 
. Anthony Spinella was in middle position and bet 75,000 into a pot of about 95,000. Chan Kim was in the small blind and jammed all in for about 432,000.
Spinella audibly said "No!" and angrily exasperated despite there being a third player in the hand who was in the tank from the big blind. The big blind continued to tank before eventually folding after about a minute. Spinella also tossed his cards angrily into the muck as Kim was able to get the shove through.
Spinella claimed to have folded the

The cutoff opened and Greg Himmelbrand three-bet on the button before Albert Nguyen four-bet jammed a stack of 355,000 from the small blind. The cutoff folded what he later said was ace-queen and Himmelbrand called with a slightly bigger stack.
