Kovalev didn't seem to happy to make the call but would have been delightful upon seeing the hand of his opponent. Volzhan needed a queen or an seven to earn the knockout but neither the 3♣ turn nor 9♣ river could deliver what he needed, and Kovalev doubled up.

Both checked the 4♣ turn to the 10♠ river. Sultanbek checked, and Kazykhanov bet 6,500. Sultanbek needed only a few seconds to think before he decided to call.
A traditional showdown involves at least one player showing their cards, but on this occasions nobody did as Kazykhanov tossed his cards back to the dealer face down, which meant Sultanbek was awarded the pot without the need to show his cards.

On the 2♥K♠8♦ flop, Shengelia checked and Sarigoz continued for 3,000. Trofimov then raised to 8,000, which got a quick fold from Shengelia. Sarigoz thought it over but then folded Q♠Q♣ face up for the table to see, but Trofimov didn't return the favor and collected the pot without showing his cards.
