Philipp Gruissem
Philipp Gruissem

After a series of preflop bets and raises. Franz-Xavier Ditz was all in and at risk holding {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. Philipp Gruissem had him at risk with {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, and all was well for Ditz when the flop fell {4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}.

The {5-Spades} spiked on the turn however, giving Gruissem a set of fives, and the {7-Clubs} completed the board.

Metaal Times Two

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Govert Metaal and Eric Sfez were heads up on a board of {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{j-Clubs}. Metaal led out for 7,600 into a pot of around 20,000, and Sfez went into the tank. After a minute, he grabbed his phone and started cycling through songs in his iTunes. When he found the one he wanted, he put the phone away, and Metaal started to grab his things.

"Going already?" Sfez asked.

Metaal nodded, and Sfez bet several blue T5,000 chips. Metaal called all-in for 26,300, and the hands were opened.

Sfez: {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Metaal: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The turn was the {10-Diamonds}, giving Sfez two extra outs to make a full house, but the {9-Spades} bricked on the river. Metaal doubled to 73,000 chips, while Sfez is still healthy with 130,000.
