Goya Runs Out a Straight to Bust Myrmo

Level 9 : 1,250/2,500, 0 ante

Espen "locomi" Myrmo raised the pot to 8,750 on a newly-opened table as the field was bumped to 29 active players and Dante "dantegoyaF" Goya called in the big blind. The duo checked the {k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and Goya bet the pot on the {6-Spades} turn for 18,750, then called the shove of Myrmo for 27,886 total.

Espen "locomi" Myrmo: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Dante "dantegoyaF" Goya: {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}

Goya needed spades or an eight and the {8-Diamonds} appeared on the river.

Last Bullet for "d.apollo777"

Level 9 : 1,250/2,500, 0 ante

Ludovic "ludovi333" Geilich had doubled through Laszlo "omaha4rollz" Bujtas and then tripled up in a three-way all-in when facing Espen "locomi" Myrmo and "d.apollo777".

Ludovic "ludovi333" Geilich: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}
Espen "locomi" Myrmo: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{j-Spades}{9-Hearts}
"d.apollo777": {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}

On a board of [^0c9d8d5c9s], Geilich flopped the nuts and Myrmo won the side pot against "d.apollo777", leaving the latter with crumbs. Those last few chips vanished and "d.apollo777" then re-entered for the third and final time.

Torbergsen Nails the Turn

Level 9 : 1,250/2,500, 0 ante
Torbergsen vs Dzivielevski
Torbergsen vs Dzivielevski

Andreas "Skjervoy" Torbergsen raised to 6,775 and called a three-bt to 24,075 by Yuri "theNERDguy" Dzivielevski on the button, which was also the case for Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi in the small blind. Torbergsen then jammed the {9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop for 60,155 and Dzivielevski reshoved to force out Shakerchi.

Andreas "Skjervoy" Torbergsen: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Yuri "theNERDguy" Dzivielevski: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}

The double draw instantly got there on the {k-Hearts} turn and the {5-Diamonds} river was a formality.

Up and Down for Nemeth

Level 9 : 1,250/2,500, 0 ante

At the end of the previous level, Andras "probirs" Nemeth doubled his short stack through Eelis "EEE27" Pärssinen with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} versus {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Hearts} thanks to a board of {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{q-Spades}.

Nemeth then raised to 7,500 and called the limp-raise of Ioannis "ActionFreak" Kontonatsios to 22,500. Kontonatsios bet the {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop for 11,250 and Nemeth came along, both then checked the {a-Diamonds} turn and {10-Diamonds} river. Nemeth claimed the next pot with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} as Kontonatsios only held {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

Pärssinen then had the best of it with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} versus Nemeth's {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} on a roller coaster runout of {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Spades}{k-Spades}{a-Hearts}.

After the {3-Clubs} turn, "XD89lol<3" check-called a bet of 20,000 and check-called the shove of his opponent on the {q-Clubs} river for 67,910.

"AmSoGood" tabled {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for flopped kings full and "XD89lol<3" had the inferior {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for flopped trips nines and rivered queens full.

Level 8 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

With 29 players out of 45 entries remaining, the current top 10 counts at the break are as follows.

Re-Entry Required for Jouhkimainen

Level 8 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante
Jouhkimainen eliminated by Lau
Jouhkimainen eliminated by Lau

Joni "bustoville" Jouhkimainen three-bet the pot and then called all-in after the {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Spades} flop for the last 13,360 when facing a pot-sized bet by Ka Kwan "kaju85" Lau.

Joni "bustoville" Jouhkimainen: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Ka Kwan "kaju85" Lau: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The {a-Clubs} turn changed nothing but the {6-Spades} river improved Lau to a straight. Jouhkimainen then re-entered moments before the third scheduled five-minute break of the day got underway.

Triple Up for "St1ckman"

Level 8 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante
Triple Up for St1ckman
Triple Up for St1ckman

With 22,000 each in the middle to the {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop, "St1ckman" in the small blind moved all in and "Aku1206" did so from under the gun. They were both called by Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi who had the far biggest stack on the button.

"St1ckman": {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{8-Hearts}
"Aku1206": {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Talal "raidalot Shakerchi: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

The {q-Hearts} turn and {9-Hearts} river kept the best hand in the lead as "St1ckman" tripled with a flush, "Aku1206" lost the side pot and re-entered for the third bullet.
