In a preflop confrontation Sandy Jan was all in for around 20,000 from the cutoff and up against Ren Lin who covered her from the hijack.

Sandy Jan: AAK3 All in
Ren Lin: Q1098

Lin Makes a "Disciplined" Fold

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Alex Difelice limped in from the cutoff, Ren Lin limped behind from the button and Leszek Badurowicz checked in the big blind.

The flop came AK3. Badurowicz checked, Difelice bet 2,000, Lin called and Badurowicz folded.

On the 10 turn Difelice fired another bet, this time for 6,000. Lin joked that he was making a tight fold, showing 442 from his hand for at least a gutshot and small pair before mucking. Difelice also showed three, revealing 875 for at least a flush draw before taking the pot.

Sean Winter
Sean Winter

Zhikang Dai opened to 4,000 in the cutoff and received a call from Youness Barakat on the button. Sean Winter then pumped it up to 16,600 in the big blind. Dai quickly got out of the way, but Barakat called after some thought. As he did so, Winter asked, "King-ten-five-five?" Barakat just smiled in response.

On the AK7 flop, Winter moved all in for his last 7,000 and Barakat called.

Sean Winter: AAKJ All in
Youness Barakat: J1075

Winter had top set aces and was in great shape versus Barakat's gutshot. The 6 turn and 6 river were improved Winter to aces-full, earning him the pot.

Tomi Knocks out Kassam

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

With three players seeing a board of AQ7 and 12,300 in the middle, Rehman Kassam checked from the big blind and Christopher Philippou checked from middle position. Jean-Baptiste Tomi bet 6,000 from the cutoff and Kassam shoved for 12,500. Philippou got out of the way while Tomi snap-called with a covering stack to put Kassam at risk.

Rehman Kassam: J974 All in
Jean-Baptiste Tomi: AA102

Tomi was well ahead with top set and improved to a full house when the rest of the board ran out Q2. Tomi dragged in a sizable pot while Kassam made his exit from the tournament area.

Kyllonen Gets There To Bust Sagra

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Ian Bradley limped under the gun, and Jens Kyllonen followed suit in the small blind. Last year's runner-up Roberto Sagra potted it in the big blind, 4,800, and both of his opponents called.

On the J33 flop, Kyllonen checked to Sagra, who sought to go all in, but who had slightly more than the 15,600 pot. Bradley folded, but Kyllonen raised to 20,000 after a brief period of thought. Sagra put his last 200 in the middle.

Roberto Sagra: KQJ5 All in
Jens Kyllonen: A7Q4

Sagra was ahead with top pair of jacks, but had outs to fade versus Kyllonen's flush draw.

The turn brought the 7 and gave Kyllonen a lock on the hand with the queen-high flush, the 2 river completing the board.
