Gutierrez Puts in a Big River Raise on Kaverman

Byron Kaverman led out for 6,000 from the big blind on a board of 4♥A♠Q♠5♠ and Elias Gutierrez called in the cutoff.
The river was the 8♥ and Kaverman bet 20,000. Gutierrez then raised to 60,000 and Kaverman spent a minute shaking his head before letting go of his cards.
