Heitmann Takes One

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante
Jan Heitmann
Jan Heitmann

Jeff Rossiter raised to 900 from middle position, Team PokerStars Pro Jan Heitmann called in the cutoff seat, Scott Seiver called from the small blind, and the player in the big blind also called.

From there, all four players witnessed a flop of {Q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, and action checked to Heitmann. He fired 2,600 with only the big blind making the call to see the {J-Spades} land on the turn. Both players checked.

The river was the {4-Clubs}, and the big blind checked over to the Team Pro. Heitmann bet 4,200, and his opponent gave it up.

Shakerchi Re-Enters

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Talal Shakerchi is the third player to re-enter today. It seems as if his chips went to Dario Minieri as he's the only one over 70,000 on his former table.

Charania Shoves River Against Quoss

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Fabian Quoss checked the {K-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} board before Mohsin Charania bet 2,600. Quoss made the call, and the turn was the {9-Spades}. Both players checked to see the {2-Spades} fall on the river. Following a bet of 4,000 from Quoss, Charania moved all in for about 14,000. Quoss snap-folded, and Charania won the pot.

Rossiter Slow Plays ElkY

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante
ElkY
ElkY

Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier flopped top pair against Jeff Rossiter and went for three streets of value. Unfortunately for him, he was behind the whole way.

ElkY raised from the hijack and Rossiter was the only caller from the small blind. The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Rossiter went into check-call mode as ElkY fired 700, 1,800 and 4,000 on each street.

At showdown ElkY opened {a-Spades}{8-Spades} but lost out to the Australian's {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

Three Bust Outs and One Re-Entry

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Dan Smith finished off Byron Kaverman when his jack-nine made a full house against the latter's king-queen.

He joins Galen Hall and George Bogdan Ana on the rail. Off the rail and back in with his second bullet is Jean-Noel Thorel.
