Moon Doubles With Queens

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Christopher Moon three-bet an original raise. Florencio Jopio four-bet enough to force Moon all in. The original raiser got out of the way and Moon called.

Moon had the {q-Clubs}{q-Spades} while Jopio had the {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}.

The board ran out harmlessly for Moon as it came {9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Moon gathered in a big double.

Ostapchenko Calls Three Streets

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was on the flop that read {2-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. Jason Fitzpatrick bet about 6,000 and Andrew Ostapchenko called.

The turn was the {7-Spades}. Fitzpatrick loaded up again and fired 14,300. Ostapchenko called again.

The river came the {3-Diamonds}. Fitzpatrick tossed an assortment of chips into the middle for a third barrel worth 31,300, leaving himself not much behind.

Ostapchenko thought about this one considerably longer and stewed it over for about a minute before calling.

Fitzpatrick turned over the {4-}{3-} which was no good as Ostapchenko tabled the winning {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the good fourth pair.

Greg Raymer

Action was picked up on with the dealer dealing the river to complete the board to read {k-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts}.

The boisterous Evans Walker confidently announced a bet of 40,000 over to Greg Raymer who called quickly and turned over the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} for a rivered set.

Walker put his head down on the table in disgust and claimed that he had king-jack and that the river did him, while Raymer collected his chips.
