Yalcin Flops the Nuts to Double

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Hasan Yalcin and Fedor Dedelov were heads-up on a flop of {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts} when Dedelov, in early position, put out a bet and Yalcin moved all in from the big blind for 230,000.

Dedelov called with {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of queens, but Yalcin showed {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for the flopped straight. The board ran out {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Yalcin doubled up.

Chilaud Shoves on Deniz

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of {9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}, Maxime Chilaud bet 80,000 from the hijack and Mehmet Berk Deniz called on the button.

The turn came the {6-Spades} and Chilaud slowed down and checked, allowing Deniz to bet 140,000. Chilaud paused for a moment before announcing he was all in.

Deniz, with around 600,000 remaining, ripped off his sunglasses and tanked for around two minutes before he slid his cards into the muck.

Etim Survives, Souki Whiffs Everything Heading Into Break

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

On the last hand before break, Terence Etim shoved for 420,000 in the cutoff, Philippe Souki reshoved on the button, and the blinds got out of the way.

Terence Etim: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Philippe Souki: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

The two players exchanged a fist pump heading to the {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop, which gave Souki the nut flush draw in addition to his two overcards. The {7-Diamonds} turn was no help, and neither was the {2-Diamonds} river as Etim doubled up and left Souki decimated.

Gavrilovich Takes From Brandi

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jenya Gavrilovich opened to 55,000 from the cutoff and was called by Iacopo Brandi in the big blind.

Both players checked through the {4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{q-Spades} flop to the {q-Hearts} turn at which point Brandi checked for a second time. Gavrilovich fired a delayed continuation of 30,000 which Brandi called.

Brandi checked for a third time following the {a-Spades} river. Gavrilovich made it 90,000 to call and, without taking too much time, Brandi called. Gavrilovich tabled {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for the rivered pair, good enough to take down the pot.

Tsoy Snaps Off Tantillo

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Oleg Tsoy
Oleg Tsoy

With already around 300,000 in the middle, Oleg Tsoy bet 150,000 from the big blind on a flop of {5-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and Fausto Tantillo called in the hijack.

The turn came the {7-Diamonds} and Tsoy continued for 405,000. Tantillo then moved all in and Tsoy snap-called for 250,000 more.

Tantillo gave off a shrug already suspecting he was beat as he showed {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. His instincts were right, as Tsoy turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. The river came the {2-Clubs} and Tsoy earned the massive double up.

Sinclair Sends Gallyamov Home

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jack Sinclair opened to 50,000 from middle position and action folded around to Marat Gallyamov in the small blind who moved all in for around 200,000. The big blind folded and, after asking for a count, Sinclair called to put Gallyamov at risk.

Marat Gallyamov: {k-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Jack Sinclair: {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Gallyamov was in rough shape, dominated and needing to come from behind to survive. It was not to be, however, as the board ran out {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Spades}{k-Diamonds} to hand Sinclair the pot and the knockout.

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Maxime Chilaud and Efraim Tavdi were heads-up on a flop of {6-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} when Chilaud bet 125,000 and Tavdi, in early position, raised to 300,000.

Chilaud called as they saw the {10-Clubs} turn. Tavdi instantly announced he was all in for around 1,200,000. Chilaud tanked for around a minute before he mucked and Tavdi showed him {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

"I wanted a call," Tavdi told his opponent as he took in the big pot.
