Off to the High Roller €600 Richer For Saxby

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Kelly Ann Saxby
Kelly Ann Saxby

Michael Graydon raised to 25,000 before Kelly Ann Saxby three-bet jammed for 100,000. Graydon called.

Graydon: {A-}{Q-}
Saxby: {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{10-}{5-Diamonds} to give Graydon top pair and Saxby a flush draw. However, Saxby hit the rail €600 richer for her 93rd place finish after the {10-Spades} appeared on the turn and the {3-} appeared on the river.

Saxby appeared to be in a good mood despite her elimination. She shared with PokerNews that instead of heading to the VIP party that will start in 20 minutes, she will hop in the €1,100 High Roller that features a €100,000 guaranteed prize pool a bit earlier than anticipated.

With 102 players on the board Peter Cahill opened and Michelle Gavigan moved all in for 77,000.

The rest of the players folded and Cahill got the count before calling.

Gavigan showed {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

“Shit,” Cahill said and turned over {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

The board ran out a cruel {5-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} giving Cahill a straight to bust a very disappointed Gavigan.

At the same time across the room another player bust to share the bubble which was no consolation at all.
