Kanic-Mitrovic Dodges Flush to Double

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Uros Kanic-Mitrovic opened to 6,500 from the button, and flatted versus a three-bet to 20,000 from Iman Ghashayar in the small blind. Action back to Kanic-Mitrovic, who called.

Ghashayar snap check-called a jam from Kanic Mitrovic of around 56,000 on the 973 flop, to put his opponent at risk.

Uros Kanic-Mitrovic: 109 All in
Iman Ghashayar: A6

Kanic-Mitrovic was ahead with top pair nines, but had plenty of outs to fade against Ghashayar's flush draw.

The 4 turn and J river were bricks, much to Kanic-Mitrovic's delight. He blew out his cheeks in relief and said "I needed that."

Jablonski Raises Flop

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Around 16,500 was in the middle on a flop of 443, in a hand between Pasquale Braco in the big blind and Mateusz Jablonski in middle position.

Braco led out with a bet of 9,000, but was forced to concede the pot when Jablonski raised to 21,000.

Rockets for Palacios

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Rafael Palacios opened to 6,500 and was faced with a three-bet to Dotan Kelijman to 15,000 in the next seat. Action folded back to Palacios, who four-bet jammed for 66,500.

Kelijman went into the tank, and clearly didn't like the spot, before he ultimately made the call.

Rafael Palacios: AA All in
Dotan Kelijman:: AQ

Palacios had the goods, and there were no unlikely surprises on the 10104Q4 runout.

Simons Scoops with Royal Flush in Barely Believable Hand

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Bobby Simons
Bobby Simons

A pot of around 75,000 had developed on a completed board of K10KAJ, in a three-way hand between Krysztof Zapolski, Bobby Simons and Ricardo Martos.

Zapolski led out with a bet of 42,000, and was met with a raise from Simons to around 95,000, with about 60,000 behind. Ricardo Martos then rejammed for around 340,000, covering both players.

"Wow!" said Zapolski as soon as Martos jammed, looking to the heavens. He thought it through for around a minute, before announcing he was all-in, covering Simons, who quickly got the rest of his stack into the middle.

Zapolski tabled AA for the full house, but Simons said "Royal flush" and tabled KQ. Martos couldn't believe his KJ for the lower full house was in third.

Simons scooped a monster pot as the entire table took photographs of the barely believable hand. Zapolski took the side-pot to stay in it.
