Lew's Bluff Picked Off

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Chris Lindner opened with a raise under the gun to 800 and both Randy Lew and the small blind called to see a {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop fall.

The action was checked to Lew who bet out 850 and only Lindner called as the turn landed the {9-Diamonds} and Lew bet 2,500.

Lindner called, and then checked for a third time as the river landed the {3-Clubs}. Lew bet out 4,700 and Lindner called tabling his {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades} to pick off Lew's bluff with {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}.

Rauh Run Down by Holloway Twice

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante
Chad Holloway
Chad Holloway

Tyler Rauh has been eliminated from today's tournament after battling and losing twice to Chad Holloway.

On the first occurrence, Rauh flopped a club flush and had Holloway all in holding just the {A-Clubs}. Fortunately for Holloway, a club came on the turn and he doubled through.

Several hands later Rauh would bump it after several limpers and go three-handed to a {5-}{4-}{K-} flop. Rauh continued for 3,100 and only Holloway called before he then called Rauh's 9,200-chip all in.

Holloway: {4-Spades}{3-Spades}
Rauh: {K-}{Q-}

With Rauh in the lead, Holloway would river a straight when the {6-} came on the river and Rauh was consequently sent tumbling to the rail as Holloway moves up to 51,000 in chips.

Brent Harrington
Brent Harrington

From the hijack, Brent Harrington moved all in for his last 2,300 and the player on the button called.

Harrington: {Q-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Opponent: {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}

With Harrington in bad shape, the {J-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop saw him needing to catch runner-runner to stay alive.

The turn of the {Q-Spades} would end his chances as the {A-Hearts} completed the board on the river and send Harrington to the rail.
