Break Time

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Players are off on a fifteen-minute break. The 100 denomination chips will be colored up during the break. One table is heading to the Run It Up Feature table to be put on the stream later tonight; you can view the dynamic live stream on a delay at 7 p.m. local time here.

Smith Goes All In, Gets the Fold

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Andrew Smith opened to 5,000 under the gun, and got one caller in the big blind.

Both players checked the {6-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{q-Clubs} flop, and the big blind check-called an 8,000 bet from Smith on the {7-Hearts} turn.

The big blind checked again on the {2-Hearts} river, Smith went all in for his remaining 43,000, and got the fold.

Defending Champ Guilford Binks an Ace

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Arlie Shaban raised to 4,500 from middle position, and Timothy Guilford three-bet shoved for 21,600 from the cutoff. The big blind four-bet jammed to put Shaban at risk for his last 35,000, and Shaban quickly folded.

Timothy Guilford: {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}
Opponent: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

Guilford bricked the {6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} flop, but fate smiled on him as the {a-Hearts} hit the turn, and after the {8-Hearts} river kept Guilford in front, he said, "Easy game, never a sweat!" before sitting back down and raking in the double.

Milonakis Goes With Five to Get Paid

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A player raised to 5,000 from the cutoff, and Andy Milonakis called in the big blind.

Both players checked the {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop, and Milonakis bet 5,000 on the {5-Clubs} turn. His opponent called.

Milonakis bet another 5,000 on the {3-Diamonds} river, and his opponent called again. Milonakis tabled {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for top pair, and his opponent said, "Wow," before mucking.

Guan Goes Bounty Hunting Against Stout and Trivett

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Matt Stout was all in preflop for his last 5,100 (and a $275 bounty), Michael Trivett was all in for his last 71,100 (and a $450 bounty) and Ricky Guan had both players at risk in the small blind.

Matt Stout: {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Michael Trivett: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
Ricky Guan: {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Trivett spiked top set on the {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{q-Spades} flop, but Guan came back with Broadway on the {10-Spades} turn, leaving Stout drawing dead. Trivett got the board to pair on the {q-Clubs} river, and Guan said, "That was very fun!" with a grin before sending most of his stack to Trivett. Guan busted a short time later

Chip Counts From Half The Room

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Carter's Wild Ride

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Down to his last four big blinds, Tom Carter raised all in over two limps, and ended up in a six-way pot.

All remaining players checked the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop, and Jon Turner bet 3,000 on the {8-Diamonds} turn, with all other live players folding.

Tom Carter: {k-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Jon Turner: {q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

An {8-Clubs} on the river counterfeited Turner's pair of fives, shipping the pot to Carter with aces and eights on the board, with a king kicker. That hand brought Carter's stack up to 13,200.

Carter put that stack to work on the following hand, going all in from middle position. Jesse Capps called in the cutoff, Jed Hoffman reshoved on the button, and Capps called.

Tom Carter: {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Jesse Capps: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Jed Hoffman: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

Board: {2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}

Hoffman was in the lead until the turn {10-Diamonds}, which gave Capps top pair. One card away from a double KO, Capps saw a {4-Hearts} fall on the river, tripling Carter up and sending Hoffman packing.

That brought Carter up to 42,600, but on the very next hand he lost a big chunk of that newly acquired stack right back to Capps.
With a significant pot already brewing, Carter check-called a 3,000 bet from Capps on the turn of a {6-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{a-Hearts} board.

The river fell {8-Clubs}, Carter checked, Capps bet 9,000, and Carter made the call. Capps turned over {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, vanquishing Carter's {k-}{k-}.

Weber's Turn For a Bounty

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

A player had her last 18,500 in from middle position, and Thomas Weber had her at risk from the hijack.

Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Thomas Weber: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Weber's Big Slick did the trick on a {5-Spades}{9-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} board to earn the KO and a $50 bounty.
