With the board reading 5♠9♠4♥ and around 6,000 already in the middle, a player in the hijack checked, Gary Thill bet 4,200 from the button, and the hijack called.
Thill continued for 10,000 when checked to on the 3♦ turn, and the player in the hijack snap-called. On the 8♦ river, the hijack shoved for around 14,000, and Thill called with a covering stack after taking about a minute to consider the decision.
The hijack showed an overpair with 10♠10♥, but Thill showed a higher pair with Q♠Q♣ to win the hand.
