Dankowski Smashes Flop

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Jason Dankowski began the hand with a raise to 800 from the hijack, but he faced a re-raise to 2,700 from Ricky Larson in the next seat over from the cutoff.

The button came along with a call, and David Badolato called out of the small blind. Dankowski also stuck around with a call and sent them to a flop four-handed.

All four players checked the 982 flop to bring the 10 turn. It checked to Dankowski, and he bet 4,000 on the turn.

Larson folded, but the button and Badolato came along with a series of calls.

The 4 river led to a round of checks. Badolato showed QQ for a pair, but it was not enough to take down the pot as Dankowski revealed 99 for a set of nines to win the pot.

Grewal Busts Wolf

Prateek Grewal opened the action with a raise from early position before William Wolf opted to re-raise to 2,000. Grewal responded with a three-bet to 6,600 and was called by Wolf.

The 988 flop saw fireworks as Grewal opted to shove for 25,700. Wolf gave it some consideration before he put in a call to put himself at risk for just a tad less with 25,600.

Banuelos checked again on the turn, which led to a bet of 600 from his opponent. Banuelos stuck around with a call.

The 10 river prompted a bet of 1,000 from Banuelos. He faced resistance as his opponent chose to raise to 2,500. Banuelos gave it some consideration before he made the call.

His opponent showed A9 for ace high, it was no good as Banuelos tabled Q8 for top pair to scoop the pot.
