Today is the final chance for players to hop on board and continue the journey of becoming the next champion of the RunGood Poker Series Passport Season Finale $1,200 Million Dollar Main Event at Thunder Valley Casino. The tournament has hosted a total of three starting flights, which have attracted 587 entries. This has allowed 58 players to continue to Day 2 as the chase is still on for the top prize and the RGPS title.
Four players made it out of the Turbo flight last night. Paul Arguelles (940,000) was the chip leader when the dust settled. Rajesh Vig (258,000), Michael Hong (221,000), and Jed Hoffman (181,000) round out the four players that advanced to Day 2.
Douglas Dossett (1,054,000), Michael Cervantes (1,012,000, and Jay Kasler (1,008,000) have been the top stacks to advance thus far as all three are the only players to make the millionaires club before the final day.
Sunday will give players two final chances to qualify for the final day of play. Day 1d is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. local time, while the final opportunity to advance will be for the Turbo flight at 8 p.m. local time.

Blind levels throughout the tournament are scheduled for 40 minutes. There will be 15-minute breaks after every three levels, with a 40-minute break slotted to occur after Level 9.
The top 12.5% of each starting flight will be in the money, while the top 10% from this flight will be allowed to move on to Day 2. Those who make the top 12.5% of a starting flight but do not make the top 10% to advance to Day 2 will earn $2,200 for their finish.
Players are allowed two re-entries per flight. Should a player qualify for Day 2 more than once, they will advance with their highest stack going forward and forfeit their lowest stack(s) and receive the lowest Day 2 payout. Players who do not use their re-entries have the option to forfeit their stack and buy back in for $1,200 at the end of Level 9 and start with a fresh stack.
Day 2 will play eight-handed, with a shot clock also being introduced on Day 2. Players will receive a total of five time banks at the start of Day 2, with five more being issued at the final table.
