We say goodbye now to Joe Malec, who ran good early and ran into Jay Clark late.
Clark raised the rags, flopped the straight and had only to call when Malec hit top pair and ripped the turn.
Just 12 remain and the final table looms.
Alicia LaPorte Pachla just made a massive call when one opponent shoved for 21,000 in front of her on a ten-high flop with two clubs.
She had a ten and it was better than his nines. Another ten on the turn almost locked it up and after the river bricked, Pachla moved into the top spot on the leader board with just 14 players remaining.
After winning Event #2 last night, she's looking primed to go back-to-back.

Now she's got 35,000 and counting after going on a major heater that included busting one player moments ago who shoved jack-high.
Fitzgerald looked him up with nines and held.
