On a board of {2-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{7-Spades}, Mid-States Poker Tour Team Pro Blake Bohn fired 3,000 from the button after his small blind opponent checked.

"You're not raising, that means I win," Bohn said, pumping his fist. "Yes!"

Bohn's opponent called and the Minnesotan showed {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} and took the pot.

After the hand, Bohn was told he couldn't discuss his hand during the hand. He debated the ruling with a tournament official, who ended up handing him an orbit penalty.
