Joining the action on the 
turn, Oleksandr Sadovyi and Kasra Khomamy both invested 7,500 to create a pot of around 23,000 and the 
river completed the board. Sadovyi moved all in for 10,700 and Khomamy called very reluctantly.
Sadovyi was about to leave the table before flipping over 
, certain he'd lost the hand. However, Khomamy only had pocket sevens and Sadovyi jumped out of his seat to celebrate.
Hossein Barati lost most of his stack early in level two when his king-queen for top pair was no good against the ace-queen of Fabrice Soulier. Berata's remaining chips vanished soon after while Soulier became the early chip leader. The Frenchman sits near the entrance of the poker arena with headphones on, jamming to the tunes on his iPad.
Ben Bensimhon, who hails from Israel but now resides in the UK, has won the Monster Stack in heads-up against Felipe Ramos while Stanislav Miazel won the €2,200 Pot-Limit Omaha Event yesterday. Both entered the field towards the end of the last level and nothing much has happened so far.
Majid Ejlal Noubarian has started well and added some chips to the stack and Anatoly Korochenskiy just did so in a battle of the blinds against Jesper Hansen. The latter bet the 
flop for 750 and was called by Korochenskiy before both checked the 
on the turn.
After the 
river, Hansen bet 1,200 and called a raise to 2,900 by Korochenskiy to see his 
end up second best to the Russian's 
for a full house.

Catalin Pop has had a very successful 2017 thus far with victories in the 888Live Main Event here in Rozvadov for €80,000, a win in the 888Live Festival Barcelona €2,000 High Roller, and he added a World Series of Poker Circuit ring to his collection. Pop emerged victorious in the €420 Bounty Hunter event for €15,187 and is looking forward to another big score here at King's Casino.
Among the other notables involved in action early on is Fabrice Soulier, who already has more than six million dollars in cashes, and Vitaly Lunkin.
There are currently 77 entries now as the first level nears its end. Late registration will be open for the entire day up to the beginning of Day 2, with one re-entry allowed per starting flight.
There are some 80 players registered for Day 1a now and among those are several local players such as Petr Machacek, Van Tiep Nguyen, Josef Snejberg and Josef Gulas. Iran's Majid Ejlal Noubarian has made the trip to King's Casino regularly over the last few years also and Jeff Lisandro calls Prague his home town these days.
The tournament director has instructed the dealers to shuffle up and deal as the cards are now in the air and play is underway on Day 1A of the €1,650 Main Event.
There are currently 33 players that have taken their seat but that number is continuing to grow consistently. A couple notables that have been spotted early on include Petr Jelinek and Tom Holke.
