West Hits Flush to Take Down Bolton's Top Set

Level 5 : 200/300, 300 ante

Jason Bolton opened to 500, Edward West in middle position called. The player on the button three-bet to 2,700 and both Bolton and West came along.

The flop came {q-}{7-}{2-} with two spades. Bolton and West checked, the button bet 3,200, Bolton called and West ripped all in for about 15,000. The button folded and Bolton snap called.

Bolton showed top set with {q-}{q-} while West had the {a-Spades}{3-Spades}. The turn sent West into the lead as the {5-Spades} came to give him the nut flush and the {6-Hearts} on the river did not pair the board and left Bolton with a wounded stack.
