Mizrachi Over Mercier

Level 14

Pot-Limit Omaha

On a flop of {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, Robert Mizrachi led out with a bet of 16,500. Allen Kessler folded while Jason Mercier opted to stick around. The {5-Clubs} dropped down on the turn and Mizrachi kept up his aggression with a bet of 33,000. This was too much for Mercier, though, as he opted to release his cards.

Mizrachi raked in the chips and now has about 835,000, while Mercier has dropped under one million to 975,000.

Mr. Anderson

Level 14

Razz

Chris Klodnicki: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{8-}{4-}{q-} / {x-}
Calvin Anderson: {x-}{x-} / {5-}{k-}{2-}{7-} / {x-}

Klodnicki fired out a bet on fourth street, Anderson called, and the 2014 WSOP bracelet winner called another bet on fifth. Klodnicki was dealt a queen on sixth street and opted to check, and Anderson fired out a bet. Klodnicki called.

Both players checked on seventh, and Anderson revealed {j-}{8-}{3-} for an eight-seven. Klodnicki examined his hand for a bit before mucking.

Duhamel Gets It All

Level 14

Omaha 8

Chris Klodnicki raised from the button and Jonathan Duhamel defended from the big blind. Duhamel proceeded to check-call bets on every street as the board ran out {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{a-Hearts}. Klodnicki tabled {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{x-}{x-} for a straight, and Duhamel rolled over the {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} for a full house and the win.

Kassela Wins Without a Showdown

Level 13

Razz

Jason Mercier: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{6-}{10-}{10-}folded
Frank Kassela: {x-}{x-} / {2-}{10-}{j-}{5-} / {x-}
David Steicke: {x-}{x-} / {2-}{q-}{a-}{5-} / {x-}

With the best board, Kassela tossed out a bet on fourth street. Both of his opponents called. Kassela checked on fifth, Steicke bet, and both Mercier and Kassela called.

Kassela checked again on sixth, Steicke bet, and Mercier made a joke about playing stud before folding. Kassela called as well, then led out on seventh. Steicke tanked for a bit, then folded.
