Gola's Rockets Good for Pot

Level 3 : 300/600, 0 ante

Four players each capped the action preflop including Jason Gola.

The flop was {4-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts} and all three players called Gola's bet.

The turn was the {j-Spades} and once again all three players called Gola's bet.

The {5-Spades} came on the river and only the early position called to showdown when Gola put out a bet.

Gola showed {a-Clubs}{a-Spades} for two black aces and raked in the pot as and agreed when another player at the table said, "Isn't that the best feeling in poker".

Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

Three players including Allen Kessler saw a flop of {4-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} with about 2,000 chips in the middle.

A player in early position put out a bet and Kessler raised from middle position and only the big blind came along. The {5-Spades} turn came and there was a bet and a call.

The big blind player thought Kessler appeared to bet in the dark before the {5-Clubs} river came out and raised. Kessler had to lay down his hand and showed {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for a flopped boat, which turned out to be a good fold as his opponent showed {k-}{10-} for a better boat on the river.
