Po Falls Victim to One-Outer

Level 18

Big O

Kenneth Po was kind enough to pass along a horrific beat he took that busted him from the tournament.

Po said he raised to 9,000 from his 23,000 stack in early position and was called by Dylan Lambe.

On a flop of {a-}{10-}{10-}, Po fired in his last 14,000 and got a call from Lambe.

Kenneth Po: {a-}{a-}{k-}{7-}{4-}
Dylan Lambe: {k-}{q-}{10-}{9-}{3-}

Po was way ahead with a flopped full house of aces over tens versus Lambe's trip tens.

The turn {9-} was safe, but the one card in the deck Po didn't want to see fell on the river in the form of the final {10-}, giving Lambe quads, and eliminating Po from the tournament.

The turn was {3-Spades}. Rast checked and Ichinose bet 16,000. Racener folded and Rast called.

The flop was {2-Clubs}. Rast checked and Ichinose fired 45,000. Rast folded and Ichinose took the pot to move above 400K.

McMaster and Chabra Split

Level 17
Ajay Chabra
Ajay Chabra

Big O

AJ Chabra raised to 5,000 from the cutoff and Derek McMaster was the lone caller from the big blind.

The flop was {j-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{4-Spades} and both players checked.

The turn was {7-Spades} and McMaster bet 12,000. Chabra called and the river was {3-Clubs}.

Both players checked the river and McMaster turned over {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Spades}. Chabra showed {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}. McMaster's set of kings takes the high pot and Chabra picks up the low.

Chabra is chipping up to start Day 2 and he is looking for his second WSOP gold bracelet after taking home the $1,500 Limit Hold'em Championship online over the summer.
