Benade Sends One to the Rail

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The action began with the under the gun player raising to 3,200 and it folded around to Paul Benade who three-bet to 8,000 from the cutoff. The small blind made the call before the original raiser shoved his entire stack in the middle for roughly 40,000 chips. Benade quickly made the call before the small blind got out of the way and both hands were tabled.

Under the gun: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Paul Benade: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Benade was way ahead with his pocket kings, and the flop was no help to his opponent when the dealer fanned {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. The all-in player was looking for an ace to stay alive, but the {4-Clubs} turn and {2-Spades} river were no help, sending all of the chips to Benade.
