Bermudez found a queen on the Q♥2♠4♠ flop, pulling ahead in the hand. The turn landed the 8♠ and the river brought the 2♥, earning Bermudez the pot and the triple up.
Renmei Liu opened the action with a raise to 125,000 in late position and Danny Panagatos three-bet shoved all in from the hijack, putting himself at risk.
The dealer counted out Panagatos' stack so Liu could make a decision. After some consideration, Liu arrived at a fold and tossed his cards into the muck.
A large pot was developing on the river in a hand between Dennis Morrison and James Traber.
With over 2,000,000 already in the pot on a board of 7♦K♦4♥J♦10♥, the last of Morrison's chips went in on the river and Traber made the call.
Traber showed K♣Q♣ for a pair of kings, while Morrison tabled Q♦9♦, for a flush to double up.
