Rawtani Doubles on the Bubble

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

A full board was showing with around 250,000 chips in the pot when Nitesh Rawtani had committed his stack of 184,000 on the river. The board read 3J2510 and Vitalijs Zavorotnijs had put in the chips which put Rawtani at risk.

Once all of the hands at the other tables had been completed, the players were given permission to reveal their hands.

Ding Eliminated Just Shy of the Money

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Yuze Ding
Yuze Ding

Max Sharpe raised to 16,000 from late position and then called the shove by Yuze Ding in the hijack for what appeared to be 131,000 total. The other all-in showdown had gathered all the attention of the room and nobody was around yet, but all cameras then followed over to Table 541 to witness the below showdown.

Yuze Ding: KK All in
Max Sharpe: AK

Kings stayed ahead on the Q102 flop but the J turn gave Sharpe broadway. Ding now needed an ace to chop but the 10 river was no help, reducing the field to 1,519 players.
