Alec Torelli raised in the hijack to 10,000 and the player in the cutoff called. The flop came out with 5♦10♠A♦ and Torelli led out for 12,000 and received the call.
On the turn 7♦ both players checked.
The river 8♣ brought a bet from Torelli of 21,000 and he got paid. Torelli rolled over A♥9♣ for top pair and the cutoff mucked.
Alec Torelli raised in the cutoff to 10,000 and Mihai Niste made the call from the big blind. The flop came out with 6♥10♥4♦ and both players checked.
The turn K♣ was also checked through.
On the river 8♠ Niste bet out for 12,000 and Torelli contemplated, made the call and mucked when Niste turned over 9♦7♦ for the straight and was so confident he was the winner he pulled back his bet before Torelli mucked.
John Pierce was all in from the cutoff and up against the button's entire stack.

The 5x7xAx2x4x runout gave Pierce top pair and he took down the pot and knocked out a player.
A couple of tables away, Senovio Ramirez was all in and at risk from under the gun and had been called by a middle position player who covered him.

Just as before, the 4♠5♦A♦6♦7♠ runout gave Ramirez the pair of aces to get the double.
Action was caught after an all in and call had been made by Tom Zanot and the middle position player. Both players revealed their hands.

Middle Position: J♣J♦
The board ran out 8♦Q♣A♦K♥7♦ for Zanot to find the double.
Action was followed from the turn with the 5♣9♥J♣ flop and 10♠ already dealt and three players in the hand. The pot stood at around 50,000.
Jason Kim (LA) raised from the button to 24,000 and got a call from the big blind. Maria Konnikova moved all in for around 110,000 and Kim took around a minute to make the fold, with the big blind staring him down the entire tank. The big blind snap called and the two remaining players flipped their cards.

The big blind had turned a straight, but Konnikova had turned a higher one with the queen.
The big blind was eliminated and Kim shared some table talk, stating they had K♣10♣ for a straight and flush draw on the flop, and shared that they would "usually call".
