After clarifying the rules, David Greenberg completed with the lowest card showing. Mary Jones, Yarron Bendor, and Susan Kane tossed in calls, after which the action checked to Greenberg on fourth street.

He bet, prompting Jones to fold. Bendor and Kane still called, and Greenberg fired another bet on fifth street. Bendor flicked in another call, while Kane got out of the way.

Sixth and seventh street were checked to showdown, where Bendor tabled two pair for the winning hand.

Scott Seiver raised his button, and Bruce Levitt called in the big blind. Both players checked the 4♦Q♣3♦ flop before Levitt checked the A♥ river over to Seiver as well.

Seiver fired a bet, and Levitt called. The 6♣ river was knuckled by both again, prompting Levitt to table A♦10♦7♦2♥. His top pair and six-low were good for both ends of the pot as Seiver mucked his cards.

Action was picked up four-ways to the Q♣J♥8♦ flop in a hand between Jiyang Gan from under the gun, Ed Smith from the hijack, Mike Henrich from the small blind, and Robert Kearse from the big blind. Kearse led and everyone stuck around for a turn.

On the 3♥ turn, Kearse led again, Gan called, Smith folded, and Henrich called.

The K♥ river quickly checked through as Henrich tabled A♠10♦3♦2♦ for broadway to scoop an early one.

Today sees the start of Event #47: $2,500 Mixed Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better; Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better, which gets underway at 2 p.m. local time. Players start with 35,000 chips and blinds of 200/400 and betting limits of 400/800 here at Horseshoe and Paris Las, Vegas.

Registration closes with the start of Level 11 (about 11 p.m.) and only one reentry is allowed. The first six levels will be 40 minutes in length and will increase to 60 minutes from there on out. Day 1 will play for 12 levels with 15-minute breaks every two hours (no dinner break).

Day 2 of the tournament will start at 1 p.m. Monday and will play for ten levels with a 60-minute dinner break reserved after Level 18. Day 3, the start time of which has yet to be determined, will play down to a winner.

Last year saw 2019 WSOP Main Event final tablist Dario Sammartino winning his first bracelet and $222,703.
