Mauro Francolini was all in for his last 48,000, holding 10♣10♥, and facing A♣J♦ in Eliyahu Saado's hand who had made the call.
The dealer fanned a board 7♥7♠5♥10♦4♠ and Francolini improved into a full house to claim the double up.

Andreas Kniep was already all in and at risk for his remaining 60,000 on the button, and covered by Patricia Moore in the cutoff.
Andreas Kniep: K♣9♥
Patricia Moore: 10♣10♦
It was a great flop for Kniep as he hit two pair on the K♥Q♣9♣ board.
Moore was heard asking for a "Jack, Jack, Jack" but none showed and Kniep doubled after seeing the 6♥ turn and 7♠ river.
Level: 19
Blinds: 6,000/12,000
Ante: 12,000
Faraz Jaka started the action preflop with a raise to 20,000. Jason Brauda went all in for 172,000 and Khalifa Tayar went all in as well.
Jaka said, "Okay, I fold." and mucked the A♣J♣ face up. Brauda and Tayar were already all in so it didn't effect any action.
Jason Brauda: Q♠Q♣
Khalifa Tayar: A♠K♠
The board ran out 10♣Q♥3♠2♥8♣ to award Brauda a full double and Tayar was left with only 5,000 behind.
Tayar was seen exiting the tournament area shortly after.
John Ypma raised in middle position to 20,000 and got called by James Sowers in the cutoff and the big blind.
The flop came 3♦4♠8♥ and it checked to Sowers who bet 25,000. Only Ypma called to stay in the pot and both checked on the 4♣ turn.
The 10♠ completed the board on the river and Ypma sent a small bet of 15,000. It was enough to grab the pot as Sowers decided to fold.
Players were already on the 8♥8♦6♦ flop when Matas Cikinas bet 60,000 from the big blind and Ken Beckers called from an early position.
The 5♠ was turned and Cikinas bet 140,000. Action went to Beckers and he considered before moving a stack over the line and saying "all in" for his remaining 380,000. Cikinas snap called and showed his pocket aces.
Ken Beckers: 9♥9♦
Matas Cikinas: A♦A♥
Becker was looking to the river for help but missed on the 6♣ completer. Becker was sent home and Cikinas sat back with a sizeable stack.
The action was picked up when the board showed the flop: K♠4♠2♦. Paul Snead in the small blind check-called Nicholas Palma for 10,000 to see the turn 6♦.
The action was to Snead, who bet 75,000. Palma folded. The pot moved to Snead.
Nischal Colluru raised on the button to 22,000 and Noriomi Naganuma called in the small blind before Kade Venkatesan squeezed in the big blind, for his last 77,000. Colluru decided to let it go but Naganuma made the call with slightly more chips:
Kade Venkatesan: A♠K♥
Noriomi Naganuma: J♠9♥
Venkatesan has the best starting hand, and double up after the board gave him two pair with K♣7♠3♣A♦6♦ while Naganuma was left with only 20,000 and busted a few minutes later.
