2025 World Series of Poker
Level: 23
Blinds: 15,000/30,000
Ante: 30,000
David Daneshgar shoved for his last 200,000 and Alejandro Herrera reshoved in the cutoff for 505,000. The rest of the players folded, and they tabled their cards:
David Daneshgar: K♠Q♣
Alejandro Herrera: Q♥Q♠
Daneshgar's hand was dominated, but he managed to find a board 9♦3♣J♠9♥K♣ to get a pair of kings on the river and double his stack. Herrera busted a few minutes later.
Players were already on the 5♠Q♥10♥ flop. Philip Almond checked the small blind, Yang Lei checked the big blind and Stoyan Madanzhiev raised from the cutoff to 60,000. Only Almond made the call.
The 3♣ was turned and Almond checked again. Madanzhiev bet 145,000 and Almond called.
The J♥ river prompted Almond to check. Madanzhiev moved all in, sending Almond into the tank.
After a minute, Almond mucked his hand and stacked up Madanzhiev more.
Chen-An Lin moved all in for 260,000 effective in the small blind and Roberto Bendeck called in the big blind.
Chen-An Lin: Q♠10♣
Roberto Bendeck: A♦J♦
The board ran out A♥J♥5♦6♣3♠ and the aces and jacks were good for Bendeck to double and leave Lin short.
Mathieu Selides was all in for his remaining 30,000 chips from an early position and got a call from Stoyan Madanzhiev in the small blind.
Mathieu Selides: A♦5♥
Stoyan Madanzhiev: A♣Q♦
The 6♦7♠10♠ flop brought in a sweat for Selides, but he missed on the 6♠ A♠ runout.
Paul Snead raised to 60,000 under the gun and Kevin Masefield went all in for 250,000 a few seats over. Snead made the call when it folded back to him.
Kevin Masefield: K♣Q♣
Paul Snead: A♦Q♦
The flop scrolled across 3♠2♦2♥ and Snead congratulated Masefield on a good game as the A♠ snapped off the deck, making the Q♥ on the river a pure formality.

The turn showed A♦ and both checked to the river 7♣. Moore bet 125,000, Meli chose to fold.
Zachary Hall raised to 50,000 from under the gun and in the big blind, Alejandro Herrera moved all in for 220,000 which Hall called.
Alejandro Herrera: A♣Q♠
Zachary Hall: 8♥8♣
The board ran out 2♣3♠9♠10♦4♣ and the eights held up for Hall to eliminate Herrera from the tournament.
