Damian Gibbs raised to 1,500 from the cutoff, and only David Vanreyk called, defending his big blind.
Gibbs continued with a bet of 1,100 on a K♣K♥8♦ flop, only to be met by the check-raise of Vanreyk to 3,200. Gibbs called, and the two went to the A♦ turn.
Vanreyk seemingly waved the white flag, as when Gibbs put out another bet of 4,000, Vanreyk just folded.
Jonah Silverstein opened to 1,100 from early position and Ezen Simon called from the small blind.
The J♥4♥Q♠ flop saw Simon check and Silverstein bet 1,200. Simon called.
A 6♣ was turned and players checked to the Q♣ river. Simon bet 1,500 and Silverstein called.
Simon showed K♥J♣ and Silverstein mucked.
There roughly 7,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 3♠6♣9♣, Matthew Waxman who was in early position bet 3,000, Thomas Boshoff called on the button.
Action checked through on the 6♥ turn. Waxman checked once more on the Q♣ river, prompting Boshoff to fire 15,000. After a brief tank, Waxman made the call only to be shown the bad news, as Boshoff tabled A♦Q♠ for top pair, top kicker.
Waxman was visibly frustrated as he counted out the chips.
Adam Agaev opened to 1,200 from middle position. Pedro Marques on the button called, but Evan Lindemann in the big blind three-bet to 6,000. Both Agaev and Marques made the call.
Lindemann continued for 4,000 on the A♣9♠7♠ flop. Agaev called, while Marques folded.
Both Lindemann and Agaev checked the 3♠ turn and the Q♥ river so Lindemann showed A♦K♣ for top pair. Agaev's cards went into the muck.
Marc Joseph had 4,500 in front of him, as he had bet out into a pot of 11,000. With the board reading 5♣10♠2♥7♣8♦ and play heads-up, David Frazee then opted to shove his remaining 13,200. It wasn't long before Joseph sigh-called.
Frazee showed J♣9♣ for the stone cold nuts, having been paid by the K♥10♥ Joseph.
Michael Hooper raised to 1,000 on the button. David Kaufmann called in the big blind, and check-called when Hooper continued for another 1,000 on the 5♦8♥8♦ flop.
The K♠ fell on the turn, seeing Kaufmann check again. Hooper upped the ante to 3,300, and Kaufmann quickly let his hand go in defeat, having lost about 80 big blinds since his stack peaked.
Pablo Ching raised to 1,100 under the gun before Marcus Garcia three-bet to 3,500 in the hijack. Ching four-bet to 11,500 and Garcia five-bet to 22,500. Ching then moved all in.
Garcia instantly buried his face in his hands and shook his head as he spent several minutes in the tank before eventually calling for around 45,000 more.

Garcia's suspicions proved correct as Ching showed down a pair of aces. The A♣K♦J♥ flop gave Ching top set, and Garcia was drawing dead by the J♠ turn as Ching improved to a full house. The Q♦ river only served as a cruel tease for Garcia as he made his exit, while Shing raked in the massive pot.
