Bluff, Bluff, Get There; Bilzerian Hits the Nuts

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Dan Bilzerian
Dan Bilzerian

Shane Thorne raised to 800 under the gun, which Dan Bilzerian called two seats to his left before the big blind came along as well.

When the action checked to Bilzerian on a 845 flop, he bet 1,300. The big blind folded, but Thorne called.

It was the same pattern on the 10 turn: Thorne checked, Bilzerian bet 5,000, and Thorne called.

When the 9 river completed the board, and after Thorne had checked for a third time, Bilzerian fired a final bet of 12,000. Thorne threw in the chips to call, and tabled 109. His running two-pair was no good, though, as Bilzerian tabled the nuts with QJ.
