Martin Goes to Broadway

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Andrew Martin raised to 1,000 under the gun. Hong Sun called in early position, enticing Samara Hancock to three-bet to 3,500 from the small blind. Martin and Sun both called, and the JJ10 flop was fanned.

Hancock continued for 3,000, seeing Martin call and Sun fold. The A turn and 7 river then checked to showdown. Hancock showed QQ, but was bested by the KQ of Martin, who had turned a straight to win the pot.
