Meyer Triples Up
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Kai Meyer moved all in from under the gun for 6,800 and in middle position, Kai Meyer said, "raise," and tossed out two red chips. After some confusion of what the raise size would be, the number of 12,400 was eventually landed on and Brian Etheridge called.
Further confusion ensued when a flurry of chips were tossed around to make change and a side pot and eventually, after re-checking the cameras, the pot was corrected.
Both players checked the A♦Q♠7♣ flop to the A♠ turn where Etheridge check-called a bet of 5,200 from Hall.
Action checked through on the river 7♠.
Kai Meyer: A♥J♥
Brian Etheridge: 8♦7♦
Scott Hall: K♥K♠
Etheridge's sevens full was good for the side pot while Meyer's aces full scooped the main pot.
