Excuse Me, There's Some Backgammon in My Poker Tournament
Galen Hall, Tobias Leknes, and Shaun Deeb were discussing Hall's appearance in a live-streamed backgammon tournament. Hall stated there's basically no variance in the game, which Leknes and Deeb vehemently disagreed with.
"In hindsight, that was a dumb comment," Hall admitted before he raised his cutoff to 2,800. Leknes called in the big blind and drew one card, with Hall standing pat behind.
Leknes then led with a large bet of 12,500, which Hall swiftly called. Leknes tabled 9x7x5x4x2x for a nine-low.
"Every f*cking time," Deeb exclaimed as Leknes had apparently been winning the majority of pots at the table.
"This game is easy when you don't have to bluff," Leknes laughed in response.
Hall could not beat Leknes' hand and mucked his cards, after which the trio started their backgammon discussion back up.
