Ryan Hoenig had opened under the gun before Walter Chambers three-bet to 15,000 from the cutoff. In the big blind, Christopher Costa repotted to 61,000. Hoenig flatted, and Chambers took quite some time before he elected to fold.

On the 8♦8♣5♥ flop, Costa led and Hoenig called all-in for his final 76,000 or so.

Hoenig held the nut low draw with some backdoors, while Costa was ahead with the aces. Unfortunately for Hoenig, the board ran out 9♠K♦, and the aces held for Costa to eliminate Hoenig in a huge one.
