Vanessa Selbst bet from the small blind on a flop of 9♥10♠8♣ and Kelly Vande Mheen called in the big blind, as did Valentin Vornicu on the button.
The turn was the K♠ and Selbst checked to Vandemheen, who put out a bet. Vornicu then raised, and Selbst took a minute before folding. Vande Mheen called to the J♠ river, where he led out with a bet.
"You always river it," Vornicu said before calling, and Vande Mheen showed A♦Q♠10♠9♣ for the rivered nut straight. Vornicu flashed queen-jack for a beaten flopped straight.
"You're the luckiest man alive," he told Vande Mheen after the hand.
