Hubbard Makes the Right Call

Level 14

No-Limit Hold'em

Stephen Hubbard raised to 6,000 on the button and Kharlin Sued defended his big blind.

Kharlin check-called a 4,000 bet from Hubbard on the A10J flop and then both players checked on the 5 turn.

The 6 completed the board and Kharlin led out for 12,000. Hubbard didn't take long to toss in a single chip to indicate a call and Kharlin showed Qx8x for a bluff.

Hubbard revealed Q10 for a pair of tens and was sent the pot.

Brunson Busts Johnson

Level 14

2-7 Triple Draw

The action was picked up after the final draw. Ryan Johnson had gone all in at an earlier point in the hand from the big blind, while a sizable side pot was brewing between Todd Brunson in the small blind and Yarron Bendor in the hijack.

Brunson then bet, and Bendor called to showdown. Brunson revealed 8x7x5x4x2x for an eight-low.

Bendor had called with an ace-low, hoping Brunson had paired, while Johnson was sent to the rail as his 8x6x5x3x became a nine-low with the 9x.

Gazlay's Ten is Good

Level 14

2-7 Triple Draw

Three ways on the first draw in a raised pot, Brayden Gazlay drew one, Matthew Schreiber drew two, and Nam Le drew three. Gazlay then led out for a bet, Schreiber raised, Le called cold, and Gazlay called as well.

On the second draw, Gazlay and Schreiber took one off while Le drew two. Action then checked through.

Gazlay stood pat on the final draw while both Schreiber and Le drew one. Everyone checked again and Le was first to show a pair of sixes. Gazlay fanned out 10x8x5x4x3x for a ten and Schreiber mucked — awarding the pot to Gazlay.

Luo Pats Against Kenney

Level 14

2-7 Triple Draw

Bryn Kenney raised under the gun. Xixiang Luo was next to act and called, and the two went heads up to the draw, where they each drew one card.

Kenney then bet, Luo raised, and Kenney called. Kenney took one card, Luo remained pat, and Kenney check-called Luo's bet after the draw.

The same number of cards was drawn on the final draw, after which the players checked it to showdown.

Kenney tabled 10x7x5x4x2x, but it was no good against the 8x7x5x4x2x of Luo, who chipped back up a bit.

Zanot Forces a Tough Fold From Fishman

Level 14

No Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Thomas Zanot raised to 8,000 from under the gun and Ray Fishman defended his big blind.

Both players drew one and Fishman checked to Zanot, who put an overbet of 28,000 into the middle.

Fishman went deep into the tank, re-checking his cards several times and saying, "Sorry guys," as he contemplated his decision. However, Fishman eventually decided to lay his hand down and Zanot collected the pot.

There was then some banter at the table about the clock being called and Fishman said, "If you call the clock there you're insane. It was an overbet."

Level 14

2-7 Triple Draw

Valentin Vornicu raised in the cutoff, and Jeffrey Lo defended his big blind. Lo drew two cards on the first draw, while Vornicu just needed one.

Lo check-called Vornicu's bet after the draw, after which both players took one card on the second draw.

Lo then led out with a bet, which Vornicu just called. Lo remained pat, but Vornicu still requested one new card. Lo fired a final bet into the pot after the draw, but Vornicu did not like his last card and mucked his hand.

Zanot Barrels Into Fishman

Level 14

Limit Hold'em

Thomas Zanot raised under the gun. It folded to Ray Fishman in the big blind, who defended. Fishman check-called bets by Zanot on the 45A flop and 6 turn.

The 7 river saw one more check, bet, and call before Zanot tabled KJ for king-high. Fishman comfortably had that beat with his A9 for top pair, and he raked in the pot as a result.
