Kelsall Draws a Wheel to Bust Juanda

John Juanda raised all in for 50,000 from under the gun and Andrew Kelsall three-bet in the small blind to chase away the rest of the table.

Kelsall took one and Juanda two. Kelsall then patted the last two draws, while Juanda took two more on each.

Kelsall turned over 7x5x4x3x2x. "I'm done," Juanda said, tossing 7x6x2x into the muck before looking at his last cards as the Poker Hall of Famer was sent to the rail.

Joe McKeehen was also recently eliminated after Billy Baxter made a 7-6 against McKeehen's 8-low.

Brunson Makes a Wheel to Bust Tran and Cooler Baxter

Hanh Tran raised from the button, Todd Brunson three-bet from the small blind, Billy Baxter cold-called in the big blind, and Hanh Tran called all-in for 45,000.

Brunson drew one and the others two. Brunson led on the side pot and Baxter called.

On the second draw, Brunson was pat and the others drew one. Brunson led again and got called.

Baxter and Tran still needed one on the end. Brunson led, Baxter raised, Brunson made it three bets, and Baxter reluctantly called.

Brunson revealed 7x5x4x3x2x for the wheel, Baxter showed number three, and Tran showed a paint card as he mucked.

All three players took one, and Wells bet again. Fujimoto folded this time, and Wells showed 7x6x5x4x2x. Yeh flashed a Qx as he mucked and made his way to the rail.

Hang Finds a Call Against Kelsall

Tommy Hang and Andrew Kelsall were heads-up on the second draw when Hang bet from the button. Kelsall then raised in the big blind, and Hang called.

Both players stood pat, and Kelsall led out with a bet. "I've never bluffed two hands in a row. My heart is still racing from the last one," Kelsall told Hang, who went deep into the tank.

"You don't look like a three-minute raise guy," Kelsall added as the minutes continued to tick off the clock. Hang apologized to his tablemates, and he eventually called after several minutes.

Kelsall showed 8x7x5x4x3x, but Hang had him outpipped with 8x7x5x4x2x. "The real 8-7-5-4," Steve Zolotow said as Hang raked in the pot.

"If you didn't show that straight, I probably would've folded," Hang told Kelsall.

Moncek Draws Good to Bust Blom

Moncek drew two on the last draws, while Blom took one then stood pat. He turned over Jx8x6x4x2x, while Moncek was showing 7x3x2x as he prepared to reveal his last cards.

The first was the 4x, while Moncek then turned over the 9x to win the pot and send Blom to the rail.

"It happens. Next time," Blom said on his way out.

Fujimoto Breaks Incorrectly, But Draws Correctly; Juanda Doubles

There was around 150,000 in the middle as Anderson Ireland found himself all-in from the big blind against Koji Fujimoto on the button. They were on the final draw, and Ireland had patted, sending Fujimoto into a small tank before he decided to throw away a nine.

"Bad break," Ireland needled Fujimoto in jest. However, the joke was on Ireland as Fujimoto flipped over a 3x, making a seven to send Ireland to the rail.

At another table, John Juanda got his final 50,000 into the middle preflop from under the gun, at risk against Mark Roland in the big blind.

Roland took one and then patted the last two draws. Juanda drew two, then one, then patted behind on the end, prompting a quick, "You win," from Roland.

Andrew Kelsall pointed out that four of the six players at his table, including John Juanda, Tommy Hang, Steve Zolotow, and himself, had all late registered on Day 2.

"And to think, some of us suckers played from the start," Mark Roland replied.

Hang then bet from the button after the first draw and Kelsall called in the big blind. Both players drew one, and Kelsall led out with a bet. Hang called.

Kelsall stood pat and bet again, and Hang folded this time. Kelsall showed 7x6x5x4x3x for a straight as he took the pot.

"Look what we have to do to beat you in one fricking hand," Roland joked with Hang.

Baxter and McKeehen drew one on the end as the action checked through. Brunson announced, "Eight-seven-six-five smooth," tabling 8x7x6x5x2x, and neither opponent could beat it, sending the pot to Brunson.
