Igor Popyk raised to 300,000 from the hijack and Methavee Taveekitvatee three-bet to 750,000 out of the small blind. Popyk called and it was heads-up action to the flop of 878.

Taveekitvatee continued for 700,000 and Popyk called to see the 9 turn.

"Had to Use the One Time on a Chop"

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Dustin Murphy raised to 250,000 from the button and then called when Greg Ostrander three-bet to 820,000 from the big blind, which brought about an all-diamond flop of 103K.

Ostrander moved all in for 1.33 million and Murphy didn't take too long to call.

Greg Ostrander: AA All in
Dustin Murphy: KJ

Murphy had flopped top pair but was behind the pocket rockets of Ostrander, who was primed to double.

The 2 turn put four diamonds on the board, but neither player held one in their hand. However, it did mean a fifth diamond on the river would result in a chop, which is what Murphy called for.

Indeed, the 7 spiked on the river, and Ostrander threw his hands up, knowing he was just denied a double.

"Had to use the one time on a chop," Murphy said with a smile.
