Action was picked up with Matt Solano in the small blind all-in for around 700,000 against big blind Michael Moncek, who had him covered.
Matt Solano: A♥Q♣
Michael Moncek: A♠A♦
Solano didn't expect to encounter pocket aces in the big blind, but after seeing the hands tabled, Solano, expecting the worst, got on his feet ready to go.
The dealer flopped K♦4♣5♠, and Solano continued to watch quietly. The dealer completed the board with an 8♠ turn and Q♠ river, then pushed the pot towards Moncek.
Solano just waited for the floor before he left the table to collect his payout.

Anthony Marini picked up A♦K♦ just after the World Championship event began and decided to gamble for his entire stack, while Ryan Sands didn't want his opponent to earn an early double-up.
