Chahnhoon Jung opened to 550,000 from the hijack, leaving himself just 10,000 behind. Kotaro Nakayama three-bet jammed from the cutoff and covered Jung. Action folded back to Jung to make the decision.

Jung went into the tank as there were 72 players left with a pay jump after the next bust out. After a number of minutes, the clock was called, and Jung didn't risk using the full count down before calling for his tournament life.
