Panagiotidis Bombs Turn Against Dishongh

Vasileios Panagiotidis opened to 250,000 from middle position before Kyle Dishongh raised the price of admission to 925,000 from the small blind.
Dishongh paid the fee and sent them to a flop of K♥3♦9♣. Dishongh chose to continue for 500,000 on the flop, but Panagiotidis was not done with the hand and made the call.
The 9♦ turn led to a check from Dishongh. Panagiotidis took the opportunity to go all-in for 3,315,000. Dishongh went into the tank for a significant amount of time as he would have to call for all his chips and be at risk should he choose to do so.
Dishongh was supsicious, but he decided to fold nonetheless as Panagiotidis picked up a nice sized pot.
