Yanovsky Straightens Out Oganyan
Eric Yanovsky made it 60,000 to play from early position and was looked up by Aram Oganyan in the small blind.
The flop came 7♥3♥9♦ and Oganyan check-called Yanovsky's 80,000 continuation-bet for the dealer to flip over the 8♦ as the turn.
Oganyan checked to Yanovsky once more, who fired a second barrel of 210,000. Oganyan went into the tank, and was charged one time bank, before he made the call.
The river brought the 10♠ and Oganyan went back into the tank, being chaged an additional time bank, before he pushed out a bet of 320,000.
Now it was Yanovsky's turn to tank, but only for a brief period, before he moved all in for 995,000. This sent Oganyan back into the tank, but for a shorter time, before he tossed in the call.
Eric Yanovsky: Q♠J♦
Aram Oganyan: A♥J♥
Oganyan showed a straight, but was pipped by the higher straight of Yanovsky, who was pushed the monster pot.
