Ortega's Kings Hold in Three-Way All-In
Level 16
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Timur Margolin opened the action from the cutoff with a raise to 80,000. Gustavo Ortega then three-bet to 200,000 from the button, which happened to be the all-in amount of Phil Hellmuth in the small blind. Hellmuth moved all in, and with the action back on Margolin, he reshoved, covering both players. Ortega quickly called, and the three players went to a showdown.
Phil Hellmuth: 8♥8♦
Gustavo Ortega: K♦K♥
Timur Margolin: 6♣6♠
The board ran out 3♣10♣7♦3♥4♣, improving none of the hands. Ortega's pocket kings held strong, earning him the double-up while sending Hellmuth to the rail just before the bubble.
