Farhad Jamasi Returns With Massive Chip Lead in Inaugural Pick Your PLO
Of the 857 entrants into Event #91: $1,500 Pick Your PLO, the very first of its kind, only 10 are left standing at the beginning of the third and final day of play at the 2026 World Series of Poker. Action is set to kick off at 1 p.m. local time in the Paris Gold section.
The title of overwhelming chip leader going into Day 3 goes to Farhad Jamasi, who managed to bag up quite the lead with a monstrous 7,005,000 chips, good for 117 big blinds when play resumes. His total is almost double that of Sergio Benso, who takes second spot with 3,665,000 chips. Steven Liu rounds out the podium, and will be returning with a stack of 2,620,000.

Maxx Coleman (390,000), the only other bracelet holder, comes into the day as the shortest stack, but will be looking to spin that up to take down the inaugural edition of this event.
25K fantasy player Jon Turner returns with 2,020,000 as he still hunts for the poker hardware that eludes him, and ODB bonus player Brevin Andreadis comes in a bit behind with 790,000.
Each of the remaining 10 players has already locked up a cool $11,441 from the seven-figure $1,137,667 prize pool. That being said, all eyes will be on the $196,431 payday for the eventual winner, as well as the coveted WSOP bracelet that is up for grabs.
