Juanda Rebuys Again, Thanks To Yong

Richard Yong just cracked John Juanda's aces with pocket fives. The board ran out in favor of Yong to give him an eight-high straight. After busting for the second time, Juanda said he wanted to rebuy, but also said he didn't have any money on deposit. Yong, who was high-fiving his friends after hitting the straight, yelled out, "I'll buy you in! I'll buy you in!" and tossed €50,000 over the table to Juanda.

Juanda's back in and Yong is up to 300,000.

Two Late Entries and Juanda Rebuys

Rebuy Update

Level 3 : 400/800, 0 ante

The tournament staff just announced that players must have at least €50,000 on deposit here in the casino in order to be able to rebuy, and he or she must do so immediately. If he or she misses a hand, the player will be eliminated. It was originally announced that the players can rebuy with starting stack or less, but that has since been corrected to say that players must be completely eliminated before having the option to rebuy.

The tournament staff is still seeking Jack Effel in order to get an official ruling, or possible change.

Full House for Bonomo

With 10,200 in the middle on the {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop, Thomas Wahlroos and Tom Dwan checked to late entrant Justin Bonomo. Bonomo fired 6,500, and Wahlroos folded. Dwan made the call.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds}, and Dwan checked. Bonomo bet 17,000, and Dwan called.

The river completed the board with the {7-Hearts}, and Dwan checked. Bonomo fired 45,000, and Dwan snap-called.

Bonomo showed the {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for a full house, and Dwan mucked.

Juanda Out; Can He Rebuy?

John Juanda was eliminated in unknown action, but there's a little bit on controversy that's come about from it. According to the staff, you must rebuy on the spot and not miss any hands. Juanda and some others thought this rule was wrong and asked the tournament staff to call World Series of Poker Tournament Director Jack Effel. Right now, we're waiting to hear about the official ruling from Effel and will keep you posted.

Man Down

Isaac Haxton just eliminated Ziv Bachar. Haxton had three-bet preflop, then triple barreled on a board of {K-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} with the {A-Diamonds}{Q-}. Bachar called all the way with the {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}, but his flush was second best, and he was eliminated.
