Krause Flops the Nuts

On a flop of QJ3 Amir Mozaffarian checked from the big blind and Andreas Krause shoved for roughly 50,000. Konstantyn Holskyi folded but Isabell Gsuck called on the button. Mozaffarian then shoved for roughly 180,000 which got a fold from Gsuck.

Krause was ahead with the nuts versus the second nuts of Mozaffarian and could only lose to running cards. The rest of the board ran out QJ to keep Krause ahead and he had doubled up.

Deeb Spikes Two Sets to Bust Martinsek

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Shaun Deeb and Jan Martinsek were heads-up on a flop of 4Q2 with around 35,000 in the pot when Martinsek got his last 9,000 in the middle from the cutoff and Deeb put him at risk in the hijack.

Martinsek showed down aces, but Deeb turned over a set of deuces and improved to a set of eights on the 8 turn. The river was the 7 and Martinsek was sent to the rail.

Nino Pansier busted shortly after doubling up Ermanno Di Nicola and quickly reentered, while Viktor Blom has also fired another bullet.

Di Nicola Picks Up Aces to Double Off Pansier

Level 8 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Ermanno Di Nicola raised to 5,000 in middle position and Nino Pansier three-bet to 25,000 in the big blind. Di Nicola four-bet to 85,000 and Pansier called.

The flop came KJJ and Di Nicola put in his last 40,000. Pansier took a minute but eventually called to put Di Nicola at risk.

Di Nicola was ahead with his aces, while Pansier had a pair and straight draw. The 10 fell on the turn, while Di Nicola dodged the 9 river as he doubled up.

Holskyi Doubles With a Flush

Six players saw a flop of 1058. Isabell Gsuck had been the preflop raiser from early position and she continued with a bet of 17,000. After a few folds, Konstantyn Holskyi called on the button before Jeremy Trojand potted to 90,000 from the big blind. Gsuck folded but Holskyi called for his remaining 40,000.

Trojand was ahead with bottom set, but Holskyi had a huge combo draw he could hit. The 7 turn put Holskyi ahead with a flush, and he stayed in front on the 2 river to double up.

Gergo Nagy bet 8,000 on a flop of 865 and Sebastian Mortensen raised to 30,000. Nagy shoved to put Mortensen all-in for 37,000 more and Mortensen called.

Mortensen had the inferior flush draw so would need a lot of help if he was to remain in the tournament. The 8 turn followed by the 9 river was just what he needed as he backdoored into a flush to earn the double-up.

Third Bullet Proving the Charm For Mustafov

Fahredin Mustafov and Lars Brodin went heads-up to the turn on a board of 8K48 where Brodin bet 31,000 from the button. Mustafov called in the big blind and the 4 fell on the river.

Brodin then bet 95,000 and Mustafov snap-called. Brodin showed K1099 for two pair, while Mustafov turned over 8774 for a full house to win the big pot and move up past 300,000 on his third bullet of the tournament.

Tsang Makes the Nuts For a Massive Double Off Klezys

Level 8 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Kasparas Klezys bet 26,000 from the big blind on a flop of Q87 and Anson Tsang called in the cutoff.

The turn was the 6 and Klezys bet 85,000. Tsang moved all in for 86,500 and Klezys called with AAJ10 for aces and a straight draw, but Tsang showed 101097 for a turned straight.

The river was the 7 and Tsang took the pot to double up.

With around 40,000 in the middle on a flop of 896 Patrik Jaros bet enough to put Tomasz Kozub all-in. Kozub called and the cards were revealed.
